HIGHLIGHTS

James has been a stand-up comedian for over two decades. During this time he has continued to set attendance records in most of the venues he performs with little national exposure.

James has performed for over 300 corporate clients, including Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard, Kimberly Clark, Kroger Supermarkets and the American Red Cross.

James appears live on over 200 radio shows during morning and afternoon drive time throughout the year, every year. These appearances frequently include syndicated radio shows: "John Boy and Billy Show" (Charlotte, NC), "Rick and Bubba" (Birmingham, AL), "Bob and Tom" (Indianapolis, IN), and "Steve and DC" (St. Louis, MO). His comedy bits are played on a regular basis on many other radio stations throughout the country as well.

James has been featured on TNT's Weekly Show "Liars and Legends."

James' critically acclaimed One Man Show, "Grease, Gravy & John Wayne's Momma" was sponsored by HBO and featured at the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen. This same show had a month long run at the Hudson Theatre in Hollywood.

In 1990, James released his first album on Sony, which was titled "It Could Be A Law, I Don't Know." James' book, by the same name, was published by Sweetwater Press.

James has been featured in publications such as Atlanta Magazine, Country America, Music City News, Laugh Track, Backstage West, Southern Living and Goodness Magazine along with major newspapers throughout the South.

James has sold over 250,000 pieces of merchandise out of the trunk of his car!

He has appeared in concert with Kenny Chesney, Randy Travis, Reba McEntire, The Judds, George Jones, Ricky Skaggs and more.
